Service Telephone

The Swedish Crime Victim Authority has a service telephone. This telephone service is open to everyone who has questions regarding the authority’s activities.

Crime victims, for instance, may have questions answered about financial compensation, support, legal proceedings, and special legal representatives for children.

Other common questions can be about how to fill in the authority’s application forms, or when a crime victim is entitled to criminal injuries compensation. The authority’s primary task with the service telephone is to help with advice concerning claims for compensation, but also to provide information about what other people and organisations do for crime victims.

To reach the service telephone, call +46 (0) 90-70 82 00, then dial 4 in the menu.

You are always welcome to contact the Swedish Crime Victim Authority!
